Overview

Eligibility Criteria for KIITEE Exam
The eligibility criteria for KIITEE depends on the course you're applying for.
1. For B. Tech courses, you generally need to have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and obtained at least 60% aggregate marks.
2. For other undergraduate programs, a 10+2 qualification with 50% marks in the relevant subjects is often required
3. For MBA programs (KIITEE Management), you must have a graduate degree with at least 50% marks and have passed 10th and 12th with 50% marks.
4. You must be born on or after July 1, 2004.
KIITEE Exam Pattern
The KIITEE exam pattern is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in English with 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) across 3 hours. The marking scheme is +4 for a correct answer and -1 for an incorrect answer, with 0 for unattempted questions. The specific subjects and their distribution vary by course, with B.Tech/B.Arch typically featuring Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

KIITEE Exam Syllabus

KIITEE Admission Process
The process is conducted entirely online through the official KIITEE website and consists of several stages.
1. Application submission: Candidates must register online by providing basic details such as their name, mobile number, and email. There is no application fee. Required documents like a photograph, signature, and Class 10 mark sheet must also be uploaded.
2. Slot booking: After successfully registering, candidates must log in and book their preferred exam date, time, and test centre based on availability.
3. Admit card: The admit card is generated for download only after the slot booking is complete. It is a mandatory document for appearing in the exam.
4. Entrance exam (KIITEE): The online, remote-proctored, computer-based test is held in three phases. The exam format consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with a negative marking of -1 for each incorrect answer.
5. Result declaration: Results are announced online on the official website. Candidates can log in to download their scorecard, which shows their marks and rank.
6. Online counselling and seat allotment: Based on the KIITEE rank, candidates are called for online counselling. They can fill in their choices for courses and specializations. Seats are allotted based on merit, preference, and seat availability.
7. Admission confirmation: Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the required admission fees to confirm their enrollment.
