SITEEE stands for the Symbiosis Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam, which is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Eligibility Criteria for SITEEE
1. Candidate must have passed Class 12 (or an equivalent exam) from a recognized board.
2. Candidate must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject in class 12, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject.
3. Candidate must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates).
4. The exam is open to both Indian and foreign nationals.
SITEEE Exam Pattern
The SITEEE is a computer-based, multiple-choice question (MCQ) test.
· Duration: 1 hour (60 minutes).
· Total questions: 60.
· Marking scheme:
o 2 marks for every correct answer.
o There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
· Sectional distribution:
o Physics: 15 questions, 30 marks.
o Chemistry: 15 questions, 30 marks.
o Mathematics: 30 questions, 60 marks.
SITEEE Syllabus
The syllabus for SITEEE is based on the Class 11 and Class 12 curriculum for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Key topics include:
