B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is an undergraduate degree course. which is of a total of 4 years duration, divided into 8 semesters. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to pursue a degree in B.Tech Chemical Engineering must have passed 12th or an equivalent degree from a recognized institute/board. The candidate must have opted for Mathematics and Physics as the major subjects in class 12th along with one of the optional subjects as Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology. The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 60% (55% for the reserved candidates) in the qualifying examination.

The selection of candidates for admission to the B.Tech Chemical Engineering course is done either through direct admission or through a national level entrance exam such as JEE Main, MHT CET, WBJEE, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, SRMJEEE, KLEEE, VITEEE, etc. The performance of the candidates in the entrance test will be considered for admission.
