Ayodhya Prasad Singh Memorial College Barauni, known as A P S M College Barauni is currently a constituent unit of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. Our college started its journey in the year 1958 as a unit of then Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. It is situated at the vicinity of Industrial and agricultural belt of Begusarai District. Since its inception the college is imparting co-education in subjects of Arts stream and after a decade in that of science stream. Not too long in the past the various bodies of universities (senate, Syndicate, Academic Council etcetera) gave approval for the commencement of Commerce faculty.
