The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the schedule for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2026. Candidates can apply for the exam in Paper-Based Test (PBT) or Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Registration has started on the official website: https://mat.aima.in/. Applicants must fill out the form online with personal and educational details. While applying, candidates should select their preferred exam mode and city.
Candidates can choose to appear in both PBT and CBT, called the dual mode. If they take both, the better score will be used for MBA or PGDM admissions.
MAT 2026 Exam dates:
Paper-Based Test (PBT):
- Registration closes: 23 February 2026
- Admit card release: 26 February 2026
- Exam date: 1 March 2026
Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Registration closes: 2 March 2026
- Admit card release: 5 March 2026
- Exam date: 8 March 2026

- Click on the MAT 2026 registration link
- Enter all personal and educational details correctly
- Select PBT or CBT as the exam mode
- Pick your preferred test city
- Upload photo and required documents
- Pay the application fee online
- Submit the form and note your exam date
- Download or save the confirmation page for future use
MAT 2026 Application Fees
- For PBT or CBT only: Rs 2,200
- For both PBT and CBT (dual mode): Rs 3,800
- Fee must be paid online and is non-refundable
