CBSE Date Sheet 2026: Exams From February 17, Check Complete Schedule Here

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), which works under the Ministry of Education, has announced the final timetable for the Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2026. The exams will begin on February 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Earlier, a tentative schedule was shared on September 24, 2025, to help students and schools start their preparation early.

This is the first time CBSE has released the final date sheet almost 110 days before the exams. This early announcement will help students, parents, and teachers plan everything smoothly.

Key highlights

• Final date sheets released: CBSE released the final Class 10 and 12 date sheets for the 2025–26 session on October 30, 2025.
• Exam dates: Class 10 exams will be held from February 17 to March 10, 2026, and Class 12 exams will run from February 17 to April 9, 2026.

CBSE and NEP-2020

The date sheet has been made based on the data of students from Classes 9 and 11 and includes recommendations from the National Education Policy (NEP-2020). For Class 10, CBSE will conduct two board exams in 2026.

Steps to download CBSE 2026 Final Date Sheet

• Visit the official CBSE website:  https://www.cbse.gov.in/
• Click on the “Examinations” tab.
• Select “Date Sheet” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on “CBSE Date Sheet X-XII Final 2026.”
• Open and download the PDF for reference.
