The National Testing Agency, NTA has started the registration process for NCET 2026. Candidates who want to apply for National Common Entrance Test can find the direct link through the official website of NTA NCET at https://exams.nta.nic.in/ncet/
The registration process will get over on March 10, 2026. The last date of fee payment is March 11, 2026. The correction window will open on March 12 and will close on March 14, 2026.
The examination will be held on April 17, 2026. Candidates who will be appearing in NCET 2026 will participate in the Counselling/Admission process of any Central/State University / Institution (IITs, NITs, RIES, and Govt. Colleges etc.) which have been granted recognition by NCTE for ITEP for the academic session 2026-27. University/ Institution /Govt. College etc. may fill up the vacant seats thereafter from the pool of NCET-qualified candidates.

To apply for the exam candidates can follow the steps given below.
1. Visit the official website of NTA NCET at https://exams.nta.nic.in/ncet/
2. Click on NCET 2026 registration link available on the home page.
3. A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the registration details.
4. Click on submit and login to the account.
5. Fill the application form and make the payment of application fee.
6. Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
7. Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
The application fee is ₹1200/- for general category candidates, ₹1000/- for OBC-NCL*/EWS category and ₹650/- for SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/ Third Gender category. The payment should be done through online mode.
