Bachelor of Veterinary Science is an undergraduate course of 5 years in the field of veterinary science that aims to impart the knowledge required for nourishment, treatment, and breeding of animals. Bachelor of Veterinary Science deals with the study of medical diagnostics, and treatment of diseases of all the animals. Veterinary doctors are very important considering the number of animals that humans pet.

Eligibility
The candidate who has completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, along with English is eligible to apply for the course. Candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board of education or its equivalent qualification.
Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as the main subject in their qualifying exam.
The selection of the candidate for B.V.Sc may vary from one institute to another. But in most of the colleges, the admissions to B.V.Sc course is done on the basis of NEET Entrance Exam (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) scores. However, some states and private institutes conducted their own entrance exam for admission.
