BBA in Human Resource Management or BBA in HR is a three-year management degree course. The course provides students the knowledge of principles that are required while handling the human resources of a company or any institution. HR management is responsible for providing adequate resources to the company to obtain its objectives.
B.B.A. programs and the last two concentrates and focus on the specialized subjects and topics related to the working of the Human Resources Department in an organization. The duration of the course is three years and it is career orienting in nature that provides many job scopes to the candidates.
Eligibility
BBA in Human Resources must have secured a minimum percentage of 45-50% marks in the 12th examination. The minimum percentage required for admission will vary from college to college. Candidates must have scored the minimum percentage required for admission.
