OUR COMPANY GOT INCORPORATED
In the year 1997 and is riding the ladder of success since the day of commencement of business, the company is fully committed to provide world class Training & coaching across various renowned sports academies by adopting state of the art equipments, techniques and facilities. Our Company is specialized in setting up sports academies in schools & colleges that have reasonable infrastructure to accommodate core sports activities. We have tied up with specialized sports coaches & trainers. Each empanelled coach and trainer has been chosen based on the reference check and thorough due diligence has been done on their credentials. Special training on ethics and human values are inculcated in our empanelled coaches.


CORE SPECIALIZATION
Apart from setting up sports academies across universe of sports like Soccer, Badminton, Gymnastics etc, our area of core competency is Cricket - The sport that is preached more than any religion in India. Mr. Dharmender belongs to a family where few members of the family have played professional sports at senior state level and represented India at international level. His elder brother Late. Mr. RAVINDER PHAGNA represented India at international level in ATHLETICS.

THE MAN HIMSELF: MR. DHARMENDER (LEVEL - A - BCCI & LEVEL - A- ICC CRICKET COACH)
has been playing cricket all through his life and has played First Class Cricket representing state of HARYANA. His fascination has always been in mentoring young talent and providing them with world class coaching and training techniques. Currently he is running one cricket academy - RAVINDER PHAGNA CRICKET ACADEMY pali Faridabad.


Dharmender has mentored many national players in different age categories Under 14, Under 16 & Under 19. With such strong family legacy we have managed to tie up with some great international players like Ajay Rarta, Mohit Sharma, Rahul Tewatia (IPL), and many more, who regularly visit our academies to motivate and mentor young talent. We have also been working very hard to create a platform where our academies go to international locations to play matches in various sports so that our young players get an early exposure to international environment, competition, technology and latest equipment update. Also we are in advanced talks with reputed physiotherapist and nutritionists so at young developing age they get monitored properly on diet and get immediate attention on injuries.
