Hoops
Genesis began its primary operations at the Bethany High School facility in
Bangalore on 21st February, 2015.
The Academy provides a training atmosphere in which players can enhance
their skills, improve their game and enjoy basketball while not restricting
themselves only to development of their sports skills but instead emphasizes
on overall life skills development like teamwork, leadership, the spirit of
sportsmanship and in maximizing their strengths both on and off the
court.
The academy is an ideal program for all age groups. The experience is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, working to push players to a higher level and allowing each player who comes to the academy to leave as a better athlete and most of all a better person.
The training incorporates not only skill development but also skill execution in a competitive environment providing opportunities to participate in practice matches. The overall focus of the program is also to provide with each individual the basketball skills to excel, the physical capabilities to perform these skills and the mental approach to be able to read court situations and necessary decision making.
