Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College

Rajiv Lochan Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital at Chandkhuri, Durg, Chhattisgarh was established in the year 2002-2003.

Located in aesthetically and functionally designed building, College is spread across an area of 6 acres of land, the college accommodates well-equipped laboratories, dissection hall, demonstration hall, herbal garden and a library with a reading hall facility.

Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is named after Lord Rajiv Lochan. Lord Rajiv is the form of Lord Vishnu; whose temple is located on the banks of Mahanadi in the spiritual city of Rajim, Chhattisgarh.

Rajiv Lochan Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital was established in the year 2002 by Yuva Utthan Samiti under F&S Registration Act 1973.

Rajiv Lochan Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital is the first private Ayurveda Medical College of the Chhattisgarh state. The college is situated in Village Chandkhuri of District Durg.

The college is located at a distance of 9 kilometers from Durg Railway Station on Durg-Gunderdehi State Highway. The institution has been developed on a 7-acre plot of land.

College buildings, hospitals, pharmacies, Hostels, Central laboratories, Auditoriums, etc have been developed within the college premises in accordance with the standards of the Central Council of Indian Medicine CCIM.

The herbal garden has been developed on 2-acre area within the college premises with a rich collection of medicinal plants and trees.
